PORTRAITS

Ever since I was a young child, the human face has fascinated me. Taking a pencil, I would endeavour to explore how I could capture the way that I saw someone. Many years later, I am still drawn to this and have now sketched or painted too many portraits to name. I have saved my favourites to show you here. I also became enamoured with our animal friends along the way.

Most have been commissioned. However, some were created for exhibition, art awards/competitions or just for myself.
